Warning Bells

vor 9 Monaten

I used to heal the earth Forests breathed when I gave my word Now in the morning, I wake alone Rising tides where ice has flown I hear the warning bells a-ringing Storms are shouting, rivers singing

Indie-folk ballad with intimate acoustic guitar soft piano chords and subtle organic percussion. Verses stay close and confessional; choruses bloom with stacked harmonies and a warm roomy reverb. Swell of strings in the bridge then pull everything back for a fragile final chorus that leaves space for breath and reflection.
