Our team evaluates requests within 3 working days, and approved refunds are processed via your original payment method. Service credits may be offered as an alternative solution for technical issues.

Upgrades: You can upgrade your plan at any time with immediate access to new features. You'll be charged a prorated amount for the upgrade.

Downgrades: Direct downgrades are not available. To switch to a lower plan, you must cancel your current subscription and wait for it to expire, then subscribe to the desired plan. This policy ensures you receive full value from your current subscription period.

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, then automatically switches to the free plan. No hidden fees or cancellation charges.
